time ~

each piece is individually made, cast in metal from a piece of wax that is melted and lost. this takes time and care, as a one person operation : so i suggest the guidelines of allowing 2-6 weeks, which varies depending on how life is flowing at the time. if you have a deadline we can work with this though, just let me know
if the piece is ready to ship i will aim to post it soon as i can after purchase - again, let me know if there's a deadline

return policy ~

i do not take returns as this is not manageable as a small business, please check all sizes and weights etc before making the commitment to purchase! i am able to resize most rings if needed, you can contact me via email, and customer covers postage costs 

shipping ~ 

i ship worldwide, if your country doesn't come up as an option, drop me a message and we can sort it
if you buy a mix of made to order and ready to ship things, i will hold on to post it all together, so if you want some things sooner please get in touch to arrange separate postage 

repairs ~

i offer repairs on all my pieces, customer covers postage costs unless the fault was mine! (eg. something you bought recently and wore lightly breaking). expect that pieces that are plated will wear down to the original metal, and delicate stone settings may need restoring with regular wear

care ~

925 silver, brass and bronze are all metals which tarnish; you can wear them in water / as you wish, but expect that the metal will change. to restore, try cleaning with toothpaste, or soaking in warm water with vinegar and bicarb (lots of other tricks on the internet)
